    That is sad to hear. The basketball program is back into the elite of the elite level. Hopefully they can nurture it so it can sustain this level of excellence.

    Really a different style. PSJ didn't play tight defense; they assaulted teams with a barage of scoring. The current Coogs can lock you down.

    PSJ played above the rim. That said, Kelvin is a better coach than Guy V.

    Guy was from the old basketball world. He called it a “dunk shot”

    PSJ had an All World frontline w/Dream, Larry, and Clyde. Michael Young at the 2 was a GREAT college player too.
    Whereas the strength of this team is its guards.(although Cenac is coming)
    Kingston is a top 5 pick out top.

    All in all, PSJ was BY FAR the better team, and not at all alike in it's style of play.

    where are you getting those numbers? I have been curious about overall payroll and specific breakdown for a while. I was able to ask Alvin Robinson and replied that he couldn't share that
