    Why are people getting so angry when we were constantly told that the buyout market was more of a focus?

    It is like people don't listen and just want to be mad all the time.

    Imagine the company you work at sends out a memo to everyone that half the people will be fired and the rest will get a 10% paycut. And you come in and go, "Why are people so mad just listen to the boss he says he only plans to fire half of us. This is good for the company because they cut cost and make more profit. Don't be mad all the time."
