Yes they need to be reprogrammed as garbage in garbage out. However, they can be reprogrammed significantly faster if you give them national healthcare, including dental work. I have quite a few otherwise comfortably retired friends who have to skimp on dental care. Many of the MAGA give a crap about their kids going to college and then struggle to help their kids pay off their loans etc..
