I don’t mind that move for the Wizards AD-Alex Sarr is a pretty good frontcourt Trae Young as their PG Kyshawn George is a nice young player as well plus a top 5 pick in a very strong draft not a bad situation to be in
Okay... Like I am as critical of anyone on Stone, but I'm wondering why Stone is an idiot because Anthony Davis and Jared McCain got traded 24 hours before the trade deadline??? Do you really think it would have been smart for Stone to sacrifice a first round pick for a 2nd year player averaging 6 points a game on a meh team? I also suspect that the Sixers probably wanted a 2026 pick because they need young talent sooner than later. Plus... again... the deadline is 24 hours away. I always find it funny that Rockets fans get upset at not getting like I guess the excited of a trade soon enough for them. It's like this 30 minutes of euphoria, and excited they feel entitled to that they feel robbed of or something weird. I'll never understand it.
Yeah I would give up that Suns pick for McCain. Dude can play. But you know we don't want people that can actually score.
Ehhh... I don't think they are a contender by any stretch, and I'll be shocked if AD plays half of next season given the dude stubs his toe on a Gatorade bottle and is out for 6 weeks. Relying on Trae Young who might be a worse defender than Reed Sheppard, and always injured AD..... I dunno man. But I guess they are the Wizards so it's not like they really have any excuse to not take some chances I guess.
15 years and 353 days. Twenty-six thousand posts. Nearly twenty-four thousand likes received. And you don't understand the dumbassery on this board yet? Well, we fall into that category of:
They fired his coach and traded his buddies and talent around to save money him and got mad at him when they started losing lol
them being a contender doesn’t matter…they haven’t made the playoffs since 2020, and haven’t won over 40 games since 2018 there’s no move that catapults you from bottom of the league to contender
Definitively. McCain is going to fit right in to one of the OKC slots when they have to sacrifice one of their big contracts. Presti really knows what he is doing. Ime doesn’t.
If Derozan gets bought out that would be a better addition to our team than Coby White. I'll retract everything I said about Stone if he lands Derozan!
If he gets bought out and that is a big IF why would he pick Houston? At this point in his journey he would be ring chasing. OKC, Denver SAS all are way more attractive options. Could LA as well considering his roots.
He would actually be a good pick up considering he does the one thing this team needs an that is a person besides KD that can score.
Yeah gives us another ISO option. He and Durant can also stand around and get their rest while the other is dribbling around to make a 2 bucket.
