Kacmarek is a FAR superior blocker than any TE on our team. He would be outstanding in run blocking and pass protection. I would love to have him but only in the 7th round.

As an Ohio State fan I was very knowledgeable about his game and I was very disappointed when Nick used a 4th on Cade. Cade was a good college tight-end, but not worthy of a 4th. Maybe a 6th. I can tell you that Kacmarek is a night-and-day better blocker than Stover, Schultz too. Kacmarek will get drafted and he'll be a great role player for someone.

On another note, the 6'7 TE out of Houston has me intrigued. I haven't seen him play but he's highly touted as a receiving threat. The same source says he's a terrible blocker. But since Schultz and Stover also suck at blocking, maybe the Houston guy would be a good pick for us in the 5th.

Theineman is the most athletic safety, possibly DB in this draft. Just not sure we need to draft a safety that high.
Would prefer a different OL in the first if we go that route

I wouldn't draft like this, but if they drafted Proctor or Iheanachor in the 1st I could get on board with Theinenman in the 2nd. He's a 10 yr starter and would be a great pick. Think Harrison Smith.

I agree with you. Miller might be a great choice for us at RT (his position at Clemson) but #28 is a bit early for him. Thereafter I'd be happy to have him.

Taking a safety at 38 would be an abomination. We have FAR greater needs and Jayleen Reed has played solid. With that said, depending upon free agency, we might need to pick up a safety in round 5 or, preferably, round 7.

Barring free agency, I think we almost have to get the best OT possible. That wouldn't be the case if Fisher had panned out.

I think Pregnon will go in the 1st by the time draft comes up.

I absolutely believe Pregnon will be a 1st rounder. I don't think he makes it to the Texans at 28.

    I
I forgot who but one of the local guys said Jaydn Ott would be a steal in the later rounds. Dude balled out at Cal but for some reason he wasn’t used much by the Sooners. Nobody is saying why he lost favor with the Sooners. He carried the ball 250+ times as a sophomore for Cal so he can be a work horse possibly. Plus he’s a Jaydn so it fits the Texans name scheme.

This is guy is an OU grad with a OU tramp stamp tattoo. So let him explain.
