I didn’t know much about this guy until I saw his name pop up as a potential replacement for Adams, but this seems like a good move for the Rockets if they’re looking to add another big. While his stats don’t stand out much, he hasn’t received a lot of time on the court. However, when given significant minutes he’s a guy that can block shots and rebound. Recently, he put up 13 rebounds, 14 pts, and 2 blocks when he received significant minutes. Perhaps most importantly, he stands at just under 7’ and gets off the ground with ease as a shot blocker. This is something the Rockets will need on the defensive end when Şengineer is on the bench during the playoffs.
He’s really underrated (Goga). We have Clint though for stronger players. Bari can fill the rest of the minutes against quicker 5’s. Sengun can guard most 5’s. We have very few means to make a trade, I suggest we focus on getting a guard who pairs well with Amen.
