Not that I care to defend the honor of Quinn Emmanuel, but it's basically 1 guy - Alex Spiro - who is Elons main henchman there.

Frankly if I were a QE partner I'd be like **** that, we should not be associated with this guy, but he does get sued a lot, and like most biglaw partners they like $ more than dignity. Second homes are expensive.
