    Anyone who has seen the video of Lemon at the protest can clearly see he is not participating in the protest. He is there as a journalist covering the protest. This is what reporters do. They report on what is happening.

    I suppose you can make the argument that he was trespassing on private property. But, that is not what he is being charged with by the federal government.
