I agree, I'd almost prioritize center moreso than guard play. Clint is okay in brief stretches but I'm not sold on him being the only backup big, especially since Sengun seems to get minor injuries every season

Cody White would be an incredible addition.

Yes, you'd have bird rights on both players but would most certainly be an over the 1A team.

If they could somehow get Colby it would certainly help. They really need him.

Jabari for Coby White. I think this is a fair trade for both teams. Make it happen, Stone.

You can't trade Jabari. With Adams gone, you need as much length as possible.

It has to be either Reed or DFS.

I agree. Jabari’s height/shooting will matter when it counts. He actually has a high % clutch shot. Can’t trade Reed either. It would be dumb to do so.

DFS for White? Shoulda been done already.

Udoka needs to get it together. Seems like he lost this team and the players are running the show. That isn’t going to win ****.

2nd round exit. Mediocre just like all of the Houston sports.

Why would the Bulls take DFS?

Is DFS gonna be coming with a 1st round pick as well?

    Thanks for the clarification.

In that case I would definitely consider Adams/DFS and an appropriately protected FRP. I think the range of likely outcomes says at worst we can get a couple of second rounders for him and at best we might get a couple of FRP's for him in a year if he improves at all under Udoka. Would be great to turn one pick into two considering our Phoenix picks are spiraling into uselessness.

In the likely worst case scenario, we rented him for half a season. The entire cost would be something like trading pick #20 for picks #32 and #41. That's still a decent deal.

Solid investment imo. I'd rather keep it simple and acquire a cheap backup like Alvarado, but if there are no other options I'd be fine with this.

Not sure why you have to act so emotional these days.

IMO Bulls want no part of a CW extension. They’re in on Ayo. DFS? A Bull who doesn’t ‘have to’ shoot?

They probably take DFS, Tate and 2 first Sun 2027, Nets 2027 Swap.

Those 2 picks for Coby would be costly, especially because the rockets either spend money on Amen, or Eason,

Coby would be a rental, but i bet you he would take easily what Eason and party just rejected? 110- 5 years?

    Eason thus hits free agency.

So basicly Your taking Coby as Eason replacement, moving to the guard position. Where the rockets probably
    should of drafted instead.

i'm not giving up a 1st round pick for a rental Coby White. We need those. Only deal that makes sense is Tari for White now that Adams is injured. Rental for a rental. Does it make us any better though? Probably not.

What type of deal is Eason going to get in FA. That's the big question. I do see some random scrub team over-paying for his services and taking a gamble on his health. His 3 pt % will stay very high as Eason will only take wide open 3's. I'm sure he and his agent knows that's his only ticket to a massive contract in the off-season.
