The GSW trade makes a lot of sense for GSW and the Bucks. Just not sure GSW is willing to screw Butler around like that. Also, the value of GSW’s pick in 26 might get worse if Giannis comes back and stays healthy. Giannis, Donkey, and Curry healthy puts them in the conversation even in the West.
Perkins and Stephen A are analysts? LOL. Sengun for Giannis is a very bad idea for the Rockets. Giannis is an Achilles waiting to happen.

Sengun has made small, marginal improvements over the last two seasons, but he’s in his fifth season now and he hasn’t made the leap many thought he would. Rockets aren’t contenders as currently constructed, but if they had Giannis, they would scare a lot of teams.
I didn’t say they’re good. They just get paid millions to talk about a game they’ve lived around their whole life. Big difference compared to a CF member in the basement dreaming about one weekend vacation a year.
They are being paid for clicks and hyperbole. I’d put the more knowledgeable clutchfans members head to head with any of them when it comes to the Rockets that we watch closely every day. What we don’t have access to is the thinking of other team’s FO (or our own FO). I would make the case, that most of the so-called NBA experts have very little access to that thinking as well. There is absolutely no value to the opinions of Sam Perkins and Stephen A that are complete idiots. By the way, the smarter fans on Clutchfans are aligned with the FO when it comes to Giannis, unlike the national media that will always pick the bigger headline over the smarter move.
He made that leap in his shooting before the ankle injury. And he's still under 25. Giannis also had decent but not superstar numbers his first couple years as well.

is anyone surprised? Amen and Giannis can't really co-exist on the same roster. Amen is basically just a poor-mans version of Giannis. (no bismarch on Amen. that's a compliment if anything). if San Antonio were serious, they should give up Castle and company. Giannis + Wemby would scare any team in the playoffs.
It would be a much better match than with the Rockets. SA would be the favorites to win it all, until one or the other got hurt.
It's not a hot take to say if a team's best player gets hurt, then they are no longer a contender. Any player can get hurt at any time. Be better.
