Then present yourself with a weapon in such a instance I am 100% certain that he been on the sidewalk not in the street, not presenting himself as someone that is positioning himself that would impede the flow of traffic - There would be no issue, even if he had the gun on his hip- Although I wouldn't recommend it in that instance. We all know that there is corruption in Minneapolis- By state and local politicians, I think they are trying to encourage their citizens to break the law by interfering with federal operations certainly... how did Omar get all her money? I know you're not supposed to care if you're on one side of the fence, but there should be more investigation into this and the daycare scam - It just really smells-

He didn't with a federal operation, he helped up a woman by the curb that an ICE officer pushed off the road. He didn't "present himself with a weapon". He had a camera on in his hands and his hands up. He had a gun on his body, which was registered and that he was allowed to have on him in Minnesota. They took the gun away from him before they shot him a total of ten times. He did not impede the flow of traffic - at least not until he was shot 10 times and was dead by the curb. The man did not deserve to be shot and murdered - he was shot 10 times, and he did not have a gun in his hand, he was not aggressive either -- hell, they even took the gun off his body before they riddled him with bullets. There is a real chance that at some point in the future that several of these ICE agents are charged with murder, and based on the video evidence and the statements of the eyewitnesses, they would go to jail for sometime. I understand that Trump and Noel do not want their ICE agents and Border Patrol to be timid, so they are claiming they will have their back at all costs -- but the fall out is potentially really bad for MAGA. Hell - half the homicides in Minneapolis in 2026 have been by MAGA sent ICE officers.... 2 out of 4. Also -- the parties have flipped on a number of issues the last year. Democrats have been more sensitive to state's rights, and Republicans have been more supportive of Federal Rights. Republicans that in the past have supported a weaker government and less government spending have supported a very strong Federal government and have supported lots of spending........ Democrats that have in the past been weary of guns rights, have supported them and Republicans have blamed gun owners. We are in the most chaotic political time of my lifetime, and I don't think anyone that is being truly honest knows where we are going to end up. I will just say that I do not like having an Executive Branch that can enter my home without warrants, can routinely shut down traffic and has law enforcement that acts hostile......... I also am pretty sure that there will be a rebound, and we will see a leftist government exploit the same weaknesses in our government that Trump has... and that is bad for us and our children.

There is corruption in all elements of government. The man that Trump replaced Noem with is being hounded with claims of accepting a $50,000 bribe from undercover FBI agents. The President of the USA has been hounded for supposedly taking bribes. FWIW the investigation into the daycare scam opened before Trump was in office. Regardless -- why in ICE and Border Patrol in Minneapolis? Crime across the board has gone down in the city, amongst major cities it has a low violent crime rate. We are about to enter February, and there have been two homicides in the city that were not ICE shootings. You think that local politicians are trying to encourage the citizens to break the law? Which politicians have said to break the law? You really believe that all of those people that are protesting across Minneapolis are because politicians have told them to? What about Chicago? I live in Chicago, were all of those people there because the Governor said for them to be there? ......... or is it that ICE has not conducted themselves well at all in these places, and a large number of people in these areas do not want ICE behaving like they have? Have you noticed that the National Guard has not been deployed by Trump since around New Years? That is because the SCOTUS, with a 6-3 Conservative majority, voted against Trump 6-3 concerning the use of the National Guard in Illinois. Trump has decided to appeal the ruling in Oregon, and the SCOTUS will have an opportunity to change it's opinion in June if it wants to do so. I don't like anarchists - I don't like far left extremists that use violence or destroy property --- I am not claiming that the Democrats are always right, or that they are above reproach, but on the topic of how President Trump has deployed ICE and the National Guard, he is wrong -- and will comeback to bite conservatives, and hurt the country as a whole. No President should have the level of authority that we are seeing.
