Never underestimate GSW and the NBA’s ability to keep Curry relevant. If they are willing to screw Butler, the Bucks might be willing to trade Giannis for him and several picks and the NBA will highly encourage it. Giannis’ injury has severely impacted the package the Bucks will get back. Guys with calf injuries are really risky investments. Butler and Giannis have the exact same cap number.
Why does every NBA podcaster (Lowe, Goldsberry, Simmons) have Curry as an absolute lock as an All-Star starter even though Durant has had a better season on a better team with a better record. Durant 5.8 win shares vs Curry 3.8. Doesn't make sense.
