If this were clearly legal, they would not have kept it in a secret memo. As usual, after the fact, some people argue around the edges (e.g. windmill, bleach), but this is illegal unless and until the Supreme Court says otherwise. This Court does have a habit of overturning precedent, so MAGA do not need to twist themselves into a pretzel trying to claim this is already legal. You are just defending illegal actions. It might one day be ruled legal and ICE could enter YOUR homes this way, but until the Court rules otherwise, it is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment.
