    He was a lot better in Eurobasket too, nearly winning MVP as the unquestioned #1 option in a tournament that also featured Giannis and Jokic. Started off the season really well, but has pretty much shat the bed since the missed buzzer beater in New Orleans.

    Is it mental, or is it KD?

    Sengun was 23-57 from the field when guarded by Draymond which is only 40% from the field…you’re getting locked up if you’re a 6’11 dude barely shooting 40%

    Tilfart & Patfart need to eat it.

    Doesn’t affect the salary cap, the apron, the luxury tax, just his own dime. Just one less yacht/luxury car.

    He's been with the Rockets since 2005. Originally as general counsel, then was exec VP of basketball ops before Morey rode off into the sunset and he got promoted to GM.

    Yea not gonna lie I was 95% sure Reed would play in overtime. Actually surprised lol dude literally kept us in the game and energized the whole team. Weird.

    I didn't even realize that

    Definitely not the guy, has been here long enough to realize basic things like that. If he has been with us since the JVG days and thinks this **** will work there is no hope for this team

    The details haven't really been announced, but something Ime said was very interesting. At a media day to open training camp this season Ime said, "So, to be extended and be together for the next six years or whatever... we take it year by year, but it’s an honor for me."
    The "year by year" comment makes me wonder if some of the contract isn't guaranteed.

    We can only hope there are a bunch of team options in there, like the Landale deal. Really feel like we need a new coach, but we also need some new players. This roster is so poorly built

    Doesn't matter, Rockets ain't even sniffing the 2nd round.... IME prefers an injured Durant so he can use it as an excuse and then make people believe that when everyone gets healthy we can contend...

    I know folks are upset, but a few positives:

    amen played well as a point guard tonight
    Reed had a great 2nd half
    DFS continues to look better every game
    Clint filled his role

    on the negative side:

    Bari
    Turnovers
    Poor defensive effort for three quarters
    Ime’s questionable lineups
    Why can’t Sengun make mid-range shots in yr5?

    Ime doesn’t know how to adjust.

    I saw every one of the Rockets get cooked by someone on the 76ers - Amen got blown by a couple times, Sengun, KD, Bari… but to not keep Reed out there may have lost us the game.

    Reed has a 3:1 Assist to TO ratio. Amen and Sengun are slightly under 2:1. KD is 1.5:1.

    This team runs more smoothly with Reed out there. Honestly, bench Bari and roll with Reed-Amen-Tari-KD-Sengun. At least roll with the electric player who got you back in the game with another 3 4th quarter 3 pointers. Ime is just too stuck in his ways.

    Did you watch Eurobasket? It was intense, highly competitive and excellent basketball. Up there with the Olympics for high quality hoops.

    Ime is an idiot that would select Patrick Beverly over Stephen Curry because of defense.

    He cares nothing but defense and boss wife.

    100%. All the warriors fans that I know were surprised saying things like “Man, I thought Sengun would murder is since we’re so small but Draymond punked him” lol
