Some of the biggest healthcare fraudsters he pardoned were from Florida too. Meanwhile there's a nice country club prison with perks for Trump's child trafficking pedo friends in Texas. They weren't Somalians though. Trump gives his criminal friends, associates, investors, political allies, and really big donors the preferential treatment.

California forbids contact between law enforcement and ICE, forbids inquiring about the immigration status of people in custody by law enforcement, and requires DAs to take into account and give special consideration to possible immigration consequences of defendants in crafting plea bargains (i.e. plead them to different charges that do not impose negative immigration consequences). I don't know about all Democrats, but in this Democrat supermajority state, they absolutely support shielding criminals from deportation.

    There's countless videos like this

There's really no argument here - dems are going out of their way to protect already convicted criminals and those with outstanding deportation orders like KAG as well as campaigning to make it illegal for ICE officers to be in court rooms.

Spanberger is relatively moderate and her first order of business --

Virginia GOP lawmakers react to Gov. Spanberger's order ending cooperation with ICE

“We know how it is in Northern Virginia with some of our prosecutors out there who want to look the other way and coddle criminals,” Kilgore said. “Folks need to be able to walk their street at night without fear of being either shot or kidnapped or raped. It's a wrong way to move with public safety in Virginia. When Gov. Youngkin had the agreement, we were able to catch all those MS 13 gang members up in Northern Virginia. If we're not cooperating with ICE, folks are going to get harmed in Virginia.”

Youngkin’s directive was in effect for close to a year, and it came after an illegal immigrant allegedly attacked and raped a woman on the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad Trail in Herndon, an illegal immigrant killed a college student in a car crash, and another illegal immigrant sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.

And just last month, when the Fairfax County sheriff ignored an ICE detainer and released an illegal immigrant back into the community, the accused MS 13 gang member allegedly murdered a man the day after he was released.

This explains why ICE has been raiding and breaking into homes, including those of U.S. citizens, without warrants. A secret memo directs agents to do so, despite acknowledging that this instruction directly contradicts DHS’s own written training materials, which state that such actions are illegal and violate the Fourth Amendment.

"Upon information and belief, and consistent with the May 12 Memo, instructors for new ICE recruits are directed to teach that Form I-205 allows ICE agents to arrest aliens in their home - without consent to enter the residence and without judicial warrant. Our clients understand that this instruction contradicts DHS's own written materials currently used to train ICE cadets. According to Basic Immigration Enforcement Training Program materials used to train ICE cadets for Enforcement and Removal Operations ("ERO"), " ...a warrant of removal/deportation does NOT alone authorize a 4th amendment search of any kind."

Secret memo only to be read, cannot take note. A seasoned instructor "chose to resign than be forced to teach what they understood to be unlawful."

ICE officers are being told they can enter homes to make arrests without a judge's warrant | AP News

The memo itself has not been widely shared within the agency, according to a whistleblower complaint, but its contents have been used to train new ICE officers who are being deployed into cities and towns to implement the president’s immigration crackdown. New ICE hires and those still in training are being told to follow the memo’s guidance instead of written training materials that actually contradict the memo, according to the whistleblower disclosure.

Whistleblower Aid called the new policy a “complete break from the law” and said it undercuts the “Fourth Amendment and the rights it protects.”

It shows that it's intentional and not based on ignorance but with actual intent.

Since January 2025, 2.2 million illegal aliens have voluntarily self-deported and tens of thousands have used the CBP Home program.

To celebrate one year of this administration, the U.S. taxpayer is generously increasing the incentive to leave voluntarily for those in this country illegally – offering a $2,600 exit bonus.

Illegal aliens should take advantage of this gift and self-deport because if they don’t, we will find them, we will arrest them, and they will never return.

Wait so you're telling me that my tax dollars are paying illegals to leave and paying for ice to deport them . I'm also paying 96 percent the cost of tariffs .

Inflation is still persistent, wages aren't growing , job growth is below expectations.

In trying to fix illegal immigration (if that was the true intention) Trump has destroyed our economy and brought federal police brutality to innocent civilians.

I'm sure the free school lunches for illegal children were a much greater threat to our society

The quote is accurate and established law of the United States for decades. Most of those seeking asylum don't have it granted but they are allowed to come and seek it.

    Why do you hate America?

The number of people the United States is housing in immigrant detention centers is now three times the number of people held in German concentration camps in 1939. We started last year, they started in 1933.

It isn't about deportation, Trump is lagging way behind it is about imprisoning people in PRIVATE prisons that charge the TAXPAYERS $175 per day to house them.

This is theft of American Taxpayers, then those prison owners pay off Trump.

It is all theater and a grift.
