Do the Texans shed Mixon’s contract? I hope if there are is one big contract to offer that it’s a top veteran o lineman. As well as adding one in the first 2 rds. Hope Townsend, Speed, Dare/Chubb, Ward, Mills, and a few vets on both sides of the line return.

Mike McDaniel's to the Chargers is a GREAT hire, IMO he will bring Herbert to another level...................why is it we never make these kinds of hires, our offensive scheme is weak and pathetic, why can't we do a 180 and turn our biggest weakness into a positive, we see teams every year who make a big change and have an immediate impact, but we seem to never make that commitment. Until we are ready to INVEST we will simply be a middle of the road team...................the AFC South is about to be a big-time division and we are trending to the bottom. We need some mother F`n changes and one of the best offensive minds were signed to a team we will face..............my question is why are we never in these discussions?
