    hilarious that his tweet says they're doing the "same thing" while the two pictures show them doing different things. dork doesnt understand what got those two arrested in the first place and why the guy open carrying didnt get arrested.

    also, i see people all the time open carrying and not getting arrested...know why thread-starter? because they are not doing what the st. louis couple are doing. look at the two images real hard and try to figure out the difference. i know you can do it if you study them closely!

    The two conservatives were only standing on their own property while city police ignored a violent mob of rioters who were marching in front of their home.

    Under leftist rule, the minority have no rights and no protection. Only those who goose-step to the party ideology are awarded rights and protection.

    An overview of their case.

    The Missouri couple, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who brandished guns at Black Lives Matter protesters in 2020, pleaded guilty to misdemeanors, were pardoned by the governor, and recently had their records expunged, effectively erasing the convictions and allowing them to reclaim their firearms after a lengthy legal battle.
    Key Events:
    June 2020 Incident: While protesters marched past their mansion towards the mayor's house, the McCloskeys came out with guns, feeling threatened by the large group on their private street.
    Criminal Charges: They were charged with felonies but later pleaded guilty to lesser charges: Mark for fourth-degree assault and Patricia for harassment.
    Fines: They paid fines ($750 for Mark, $2,000 for Patricia).

    The BLM rioters busted through the gate to their private community. They never "pointed" their guns at anybody. They were simply standing guard on their property after the local, leftist, government abandoned them to the violent mob.

    I think you can use force to stop someone who is actively trying to light your house on fire.

    I don’t think you can preemptively point guns at people to prevent what you suspect COULD be people trying to burn your house down. Because you could be wrong, and at that point you’re threatening to kill someone for no just reason.

    That makes sense, right ?

    Do you believe it's moronic for homeowners to stand on their own property and brandishing guns due to uncontrolled riots occurring in their midst because government officials have ordered police to stand down and permit rioters to destroy everything in sight?
