    You're right...

But an experience OC will play to his strengths and not his weakness... An experience OC will adjust and not just stick with the plays on his his paper no matter what...

Caley needs an experience QB like Stafford..

Yeah, Hurts really screwed the Eagles over alright. Only two SB appearances and a ring with him. I agree that I don’t think he’s a great QB but he never did dumb **** like CJ did these last two games. He also is a threat with his legs at least.

And how is Daniels in this group? He was hurt the majority of the season. We have no idea what’s going to happen with him.

I`m not ready to say he is a bust, the kid just won 10 games in a row, but did he suck yesterday, hell yes, did he suck in Pittsburgh, yep. Mills is not the answer, he is an awesome BACK UP but let's not get silly. Give him a guy like Mike McDaniel, and an above average O Line and let's see what he does........franchise QB`s don't grow on trees

You know who would be good for us.......................Aaron friggin Rodgers, dude is smart as hell, can play in the cold and can outsmart a defense

You’re right, franchise QBs don’t grow on trees, we don’t have one on the roster

Texans should’ve drafted Jaxson dart. Giants are a much more desirable and better team than the Texans.

They have their franchise qb and we don’t.

Dart might be good, but he also might be Tua with all the concussions

Never in my life have a I seen a rookie QB deteriorate so badly from elite, to average, to suck so quickly. Aikman and Kurt Warner couldn't even explain how he fell of so badly, I don't think anybody can. It feels like for two seasons we've been waiting for CJ to lock back in and explode into elite status again, but starting with the Chargers game especially, he has been on a downward spiral and I don't think he's coming out of it.

You can put some responsibility on the O-Line and OC to a certain extent, but bad throws and poor decision making is on him and him only. I swear EVERY throw against the Pats was an adventure. 4 picks and also what felt like an additional 10 almost picks.

I think Mac Jones would be a significant improvement.

Paying Stroud would doom the team for the next 5-6 years. It would be that bad of a decision.

Honestly they should just focus on improving the OL, especially the run blocking, and sign Breece Hall in free agency. It's hard to trust CJ to even be a bus driver at this point but they can win by just focusing on improving the run game with how good the defense has been.

Something is wrong mentally like idk how you fix just throwing the ball up when u can just take a sack. Like he is confused with ball control and getting hurt it’s like thinks getting rid of the ball will keep him from getting hurt. It’s like he is mentally in shock.

Is it even realistic to consider Burrow I doubt Cincy considers trading him but if so alot of teams would jump on that opportunity

It is not going to be a very good environment at home for CJ for every mistake he has out there on the field. The boos will be in full force. The Texans know this.

In three seasons he’s been sacked 130 times and had multiple concussions. It takes a toll. He’s not the same player he was his rookie season. But, the question is, can he rebound and become the player he once was?

The Texans and everyone else knew from the beginning that CJ was not a great scrambling QB. He’s a QB that needs a good offensive line to give him time to operate in the pocket. The Texans have completely failed in putting together a functional offensive line. I don’t think anyone can dispute that fact.

But, where do we go from here? I think we need to use all of our early draft picks on offense. Try to finally fix the offensive line. Get CJ or whatever QB is behind the center some dynamic offensive weapons. Maybe draft a QB with one of our picks this year. Have an open competition between the QB’s on our roster next summer.

I’m not crazy about trading away significant draft capital for a veteran QB because we probably need those picks to help do a complete remodel of this broken offense.

I Think it’s possible that CJ does rebound if surrounded by good players. We’ve seen other QB’s recently go from the trash bin to find success when surrounded by better players. Just look at Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield, or Daniel jones.

I also can’t help but wonder if Caserio, Ryans, and Caley are good enough to get this thing turned around. We make so many dumb mistakes on offense. It seems like we are poorly coached on the offensive side of the ball.

This. Dude needs a shrink. And needs to heal from any hand injury to fix the inaccuracy. He shouldn't start until after those things are done.
