And we restructured his contract to a one year deal so that he could leave for .... the Patriots. Good job Casario. I swear these New England dip ***** are sleeper agents.

Dak Prescott? We win that game by 20 if he’s our QB. Maybe more.

I didn't say Mills is the answer for next year. I said that no way in hell would he have turned the ball over that many times in the playoffs. We had a better chance of winning today with him. That's a fact. CJ s*cked big time. I want a different QB who can run, and who can play tough, period.

    I was thinkin
I was thinking about that. If you had a QB with one arm out there today and he handed the ball off on every play the score would have been 10 to 9 NE. Let that sink in.

I would take Mac Jones in a second. And get a real offensive coordinator.

If Mills started the entire game, does he play competently enough for us to win? Very possible. Because Andy ****ing Dalton might have been able to do that.

Throwing him out there after the myriad of errors that CJ made? no I don’t think we win that scenario either.

Let's be honest with each other... we're not trading CJ

But he has to do A LOT of work on himself (including mentally).

Don't pick up any new endorsements (prolly not coming his way).

Spend all off-season in the lab,

Spend time on the practice field getting pummeled and learning to keep your eyes downfield & learning when to just take a sack.

You throw a pick or fumble? Run 2 laps around the field and 20 push up with somebody wacking you with blocking pad the whole time.

Condition yourself that TO's and bad plays lead to pain so you don't ever want to experience it.

Too much? Some of y'all played middle school football in Texas like I did... lol (I've heard worse sadly)

I'm not a Caserio fan, but the McNairs aren't going to fire him unless he has a losing season - you know that's true, so no use in complaining about it.

    Exactly.

This is probably a win if Mills is the qb.

Well, I disagree. He should have started the game after the way CJ played last week. If he had, then we wouldn't have had 4 interceptions by halftime

Dak shouldn’t be in these convos, he puts up numbers. Just hasn’t had the team success.

    Josh Freeman?

Andy Reid could be the Texans o coordinator and CJ would still be throwing dimes to the defense in a cold road playoff game.

You can put Mills out there. You're right though. It's a Christian organization but CJ having too much "turn the other cheek" energy vs "Any means necessary" energy... that will continue to catch up with him. That will eventually lose the locker room and wreck the entire culture.
