ICE murders civilian in Minneapolis

The police officer could have detained her. She wasn't armed. She was the only person attempting to climb through that open space. He didn't HAVE to shoot her.

 

I'm neither, and my opinion is also Monday morning quarterback stuff, but my opinion is that when the ICE agent stepped in front of the car, effectively boxing her in, he made up his mind to shoot her before he pulled his gun. I think that's why the shots come from the side of the vehicle. He had made up his mind and didn't react quick enough to truly make it look like self defense. Afterall, he could see her turning the wheel hard right. Not sure if he had an ounce of dignity or morality that caused him to hesitate and that's why the shots come from the side instead of the front, or what.


I am also of the opinion that Trump, Noem and whoever else has spoken out on this case before the facts were present, calling the woman a domestic terrorist, should be impeached. They have effectively violated this woman's human rights, post mortem by labeling her a terrorist, swaying public opinion. Then, they go on to make moves and statements that all but guarantee this agent immunity. They have taken every step to circumvent the law, rather than upholding it. They can now simply say that there is no way the agent would get a fair trial, and use that as yet another excuse not to press charges, meaning they've essentially violated his rights as well. And of course, he wouldn't. He's already been judged by the entirety of America, largely because of these clowns in office.

 

I'm not a leftist, but I'm of the opinion that more people needed to be shot on January 6th.

You seem content to ignore that it was wokism that killed her. It was her controlling, lesbian lover who was barking out instructions to someone who clearly wasn't prepared to be in a high stress situation while operating a deadly weapon (vehicle). It was her lesbian lover who had them move to a Minnesota neighborhood of wokism, BLM and social justice charter schools for her kids that whipped them into a psychological frenzy. LGBTQ members live a great life in America but they try to manufacture an impression of being hunted and at risk - even though the stats say the majority of violence is from members of their own community.

It's the exact same ideology that had Charlie Kirk assassinated - someone who never advocated for violence, wasn't violent, but went around talking to people face to face.

The liberal elite use these people as disposable foot soldiers.

The facts are undisputable. Whether it was intentional or she panicked - she physically struck the officer with a vehicle while speeding off after harassing them, doxxing their location and not following instructions. It was attempted murder after she voluntary put herself in that situation.

How many officers do you think were there? Google spits out that there were 195 officers on the grounds. Of that, how many do you think were inside the House Chambers, where the shooting happened?

I've said it before, but I'll say it again. My father in law is former Secret Service and a Reagan Republican. When J6 happened, he told me that if this happened during his era they would have opened fire the moment the building was breached, possibly sooner.

I still think that if the shoe were on the other foot and Jan 6 was a bunch of Bernie/Obama liberals they would have gotten sprayed with a hose of machinegun fire the moment they broke a window.

You're failing at math here. Arresting people doesn't work at that scale. A throng of people isn't going to just sit there twiddling their thumbs patiently while you and a couple of your fellow officers slowly process and cuff them all.

 

I haven't looked at any of the shot for shot remakes & forensic analysis, bc the first time I saw it a guy walked up to the side of a car and fired multiple shots in an open window.

The body cam footage from yesterday shows the same, and confirms how non threatening the situation was - it was an execution by a death squad

In the America of 10 years ago or even 2 years ago this guy would be indicted and in jail already, in the America of Trump & Elon & Stephen Miller & JD and Joe Rogan publicly funded ICE death squads are the norm.
