Offseason is different, jabari won’t have the poison pill. Anyone with the poison pill is essentially untradeable.

please from now on, I don’t ever want to hear Jabari in the same sentence with Sengun and Amen…and certainly not the word “core”.

Not a cap guy, so fact check this:

Bari has a poison pill sue to signing that extension... Similar to Jalen last season. Meaning for sending out Bari only counts as sending out 12 mil but he'd count as about 24 mil to the receiving team.

I think the only way we could realistically get Markkanen is to do fvv, clint, bari..


But fvv isnt likely to be asked to wave his no trade clause and i certainly dont think hed entertain that to go Utah.

Utah does have a bit of cap space though so they would be a team that could absorb more than they send out. Also Brooklyn has cap space.

Michael porter jr could be obtained I think, but I doubt Rockets would entertain that and im not sure the trade off would be worth it anyways

What? You don't think it's a good idea in our cap situation to trade 4 players for 1 mid season?

 

I've been saying for quite awhile now that Stone sucks at drafting but people keep praising him as some sort of saint for lucking out on Sengun.

Stone wasted lotto picks on Jalen and Jabari and maybe even Amen if he never gets a jump shot which is looking likely. Reed is good but Castle is straight up better as a point guard.

Also giving FVV a built in NTC basically cripples our flexibility.

 

He’s having a rough stretch and like always fans overreacting - he’s playing a lot more minutes and now is asked to create his own shot at times (something he never been asked to do) We all know he gets in his head and measure shots but he works himself out of it.

Main issue is Ime not having an offensive system or idea of what players he can put together …

Amen is great with Reed and Durant and Bari on court

not so much with Capela Josh FinneySmith Adams/Bari (teams just leave Amen wide open and pack the paint and tonight they rotated well to the corner 3s with length

 

Honestly Im done wiith Jabari.

Besides his flat shot, which he hasnt been able to fix, hes a huge momentum killer. Like 9 out of 10 times when the team gets it rollimg he will kill the flow. Dude should never handle the ball.

I had high hopes for the guy his first year but my patience ran out and hes no Jalen Green, I am not giving him another year.

 

He’s top 30 in guaranteed money and on a PPP contract. He’s not going anywhere.

I’m as disgusted as the rest of you, but it’s important to be realistic.

 

I say we use a pick to get rid of him.

 

This guy is a certified bust. 2 good games a month isn’t going to cut it.
