She seems a bit self absorbed, and not the type that "doesn't know what she doesn't know" to use a Bill Parcells line. She might mess that franchise up. I ain't mad at it.

Caleb Williams also misses a high number of throws. It's one of his biggest flaws. Good to see the Texans are #1 in a positive offensive stat.

That franchise has been stuck in the mud since Manning left. They screwed up Luck's career, and Ballard has spent the years since then spinning their wheels on finding a QB. They need some major changes.
Yes, it's really obvious Ballard should be gone but it would be a mistake for them to fire Shane Steichen. Hopefully she keeps Ballard and fires Steichen.
