Maybe the GOAT point guard among point guards that didn't know how to play the position. Amazing athlete, though.
I think he played even harder as far as a positive attribute than he was an athlete. The dude really competed.
I believe he currently still has more combined points and assists than Durant and Harden. Both may pass him up this season but when I looked it was extremely close with all 3.
People forget easily he was in the NBA before Harden......and was a starter over Harden very early on. Harden and KD will pass him up as they score more than him now .....he is up there for sure.
F for the first half (never a good sight when an NBA player passes out from an open layup to a teammate for contested 3) C+ the 2nd half, got his groove going D overall. Reed has been pretty disappointing the last 3-4 games and very little has to do with being off on his 3s etc
Problem is he isn’t the only one, basically Jabari, Amen and Reed has been underperforming when we need them the most with Sengun out, instead they’re playing below their average which is giving us such a hard time
amen was great tonight. He was getting into the paint and making the right read every time. He had 4 straight kickouts to wide open threes that were bricked. Reed had an absolute sh*t first half and that’s why he was sitting. Amen started out poorly and was pulled for Reed. Reed only fans are getting as annoying as Jalen only fans. All that being said, Holiday shouldn’t have been in the game and Ime’s lack of offensive acumen is the biggest issue this team has. Amen’s gravity to the rim kept us in the game. His defense was also stifling all night long.
