I kind of think that maybe that's what the moneyed class wants?

Do something to piss off the libs, the libs freak out, and the MAGA faithful will snap-to-it defending whatever upsets the libs. Like a flowchart. And they clean up while everybody's at everybody else's throat. Divide and conquer. Look at the way that Trumpy started recycling things like "annex Greenland" right after the Epstein files were released.

As long as Trump can do something ridiculous and make the liberals reflexively freak out, and in turn MAGA then reflexively counter-freaks out, nobody's minding the store while they do whatever they want. When people respond predictably to stimuli, you can pretty easily tailor that stimuli to produce whatever results you want.

They've kind of set up this automatic switch that lets them generate confusion and conflict and creates a smokescreen whenever it is convenient for them. When too many people are on the same side of an issue, you end up with things like the Epstein Files Transparency Act, so you have to keep them divided and at each other's throat instead of yours.

 

Just imagine how much better our living conditions would be without democrat corruption. All of the following would be possible:

Balanced budget
Low taxes
Low inflation
Low interest rates
Strong dollar
Honest and fair elections

I'm really starting to believe that a balanced budget is possible when we root our Democrat corruption related to childcare, housing, welfare, and healthcare. It's stunning how much they have been abusing the system. Democrats, if left unchecked, are rapidly turning the USA into a beggar nation -- begging for someone to buy our treasuries to finance massive budget deficits. Trump has a historic opportunity to right these wrongs, and set us on a long term trajectory for success.
