    Probably depends on matchups. Capella will start against teams with huge centers that would overpower Jabari or Amen. We pretty much play positionless basketball except for the center position.

    I recollect a couple people saying how the Capella signing was totally worthless...

    he's played in 28 out of 30 games.... and more than anything, he was insurance for our bigs... and with both of our centers now injured... it seems like a smart play to me...

    I mean the Rockets have been lacking a guard for the entire season and they have been lacking a center for just stretches of a few games. This is like saying it's worth it to buy a truck to transport a furniture every few months, in lieu of skipping on a minivan that would've helped with taking your kids to school and their after school activities.

    when asked how his recovery process will go, Adams replied. “Well mate, just put a t bone steak on that wanker and eat it after. Drink whiskey and Foster’s to numb the pain. Nothing big.”

    Our offense sucked last year with a career pg. PG is not our problem. Lack of offensive acumen by the coaching staff is of much more concern. We simply only run plays out of timeouts. No back screens and no movement when Durant has the ball.

    Assuming Alpi is available in Brooklyn(which Ime said he hopes is the case), Steven can rest for a couple weeks.

    The Rockets schedule over that timeframe is:

    @BKN
    @DAL
    PHX
    @POR
    @POR
    @SAC
    CHI

    Every one of those is winnable without Steven. Let him rest and heal up because after those games, OKC comes to town(and the Spurs shortly thereafter) and that's when we'll really need him.

    Steven already missed the game at Memphis earlier this year and Clint gave us good minutes that night.

    We arent lacking a guard as we have Reed and Amen who the Rox wanted to develop as guards and Sengun who they want to become Jokic 2.0.

    The third center was more necessary if you expected Adams wouldnt play B2B or in case of injury.

    I think that's a much more dangerous schedule than people realize. Brooklyn, amazingly and hilariouslly, has been the number 1 defense in the league for the last month. Dallas is on the upswing and trying to win. Phx is trying to win. And Portland is trying to win. And on top of that, all of these teams are exactly the kind of teams that the Rockets don't show up to play, or build big leads on then go to sleep. Is it weird I'd feel better about a run of games where the teams are all good enough to get our guys attention and make them feel like it's worth putting in the effort?

    Exactly. We got Durant because our offense with FVV was also too predictable and came to a screeching halt.
