Nah I think most of us agree it was a bad signing.

He's there to replace Adams rebounding when Adams doesn't play but he's not good at that. Always tipping the MFing ball instead of grabbing it.

Yeah, Holiday has done literally nothing wrong and is now not playing because Tari is back? That's stupid.

Tate is definitely playable too, physical player, hustle player, and we needed some more energy tonight definitely.

 

The IQ narrative is overblown. Green had his issues but he didn’t turn the ball over as much as Durant. Durant obviously is the better player but lacks passing IQ in my opinion. Also Rockets not having a point puts the strain on him to make plays. Stone needs to make a move now. 15-20 TO’s a game isn’t winning basketball.

I don’t agree. Capela has been solid defensively. Can still get lobs and layups from high screens. Just doesn’t get playing time. Rockets needed another big after adams. They literally had no one. That signing made sense. What doesn’t make sense is why this team doesn’t have a starting level point?

 

I mean you think KD coming here is why Jabari Smith Jr is a -20 in a 1 point loss or why reed sheppard played zero minutes in the second half of the pelicans game despite having a 7:0 Ast-To ratio

 

Bari was outplayed by Keegan Murray.

We turned the ball over a ton.

we were out-rebounded.

I’m a huge Tari guy and he made a big impact with limited minutes, but Hollins was correct when he pointed out that Tari left his guy at the 3pt line in OT. That was dumb since only a 3pointer could beat us.

The ball handling was poor …as always. We are having to work way too hard to get a shot.

Clint is so washed.

I just don’t think we can win a 7-game series against a good team without a legit ball handler. I don’t see anyone on the roster who is ready to take on lead guard duties. And I’m not sure the solution is realistically available on the trade market mid-season.

I love Clint but I wish he would learn to rebouund and kick it back out. He Kd and jabari have serious tunnel vision and only want their shots.

 

Late night iso game on B2Bs. It was rigged. Sengun taking a 3 with 20 seconds left makes absolutely no sense.

They did have one though in FVV but I think that's the issue with the signing is that maybe we could have signed another PG knowing FVV was out for the year. But we need someone to back up Adams role of owning the boards and Clint isn't that guy. He can defend the rim sure but his rebounding for his size is pretty poor at least it has been this year.

A better 3rd center would have been Drummond or someone like that, someone that just goes after boards like Adams does because when adams is not playing we really do miss his rebounding.

Ime should try to open up his lineup on b2bs though, Tate should play he helps on the boards and helps with hustle and energy that can help make up for not having Adams.

But maybe none of this is an issue if Tari isn't on minutes restriction too but I guess yeah, Clint isn't really the big issue since he's literally the 3rd string center and it feels odd going "We really need a 3rd string center!" but our rebounding takes a hit without Adams playing.

It's odd because we rebound well if Adams played in the game, it's not like we only rebound well when he's on the court...could just be a b2b fatigue thing I don't know.

 

Durant is having this issue because FVV is out.

Sengun has literally taken 75% of his shots in the paint or restricted area this season. To say he doesn’t play in the paint is ridiculous to the point that a response to that isn’t even warranted. You’re bringing up switches but how many high pick and rolls did the Kings run with their big men leading to switches since you want to talk about our center being out of the paint on switches and me not reviewing the game? Who is responsible for crashing the boards in your view? By the way, I don’t actually expect you to know any of the answers to my rhetorical questions in my previous post or this post given your responses already. Based on your last response, at least we know that ignorance is bliss still holds true.

Furthermore, I won’t be responding to anymore of your post going forward so feel free to continue to call me stupid and idiotic if you’d like. That seems to really get you going. If that’s what you need to get through this L the Rockets took then by all means.

Another thing is we don't do a good job at milking the clock, wasting time when we can.

 

In the last 2 losses, Sengun has taken a three-point shot late in the quarter. We need to stop letting him take late threes in games.

 

Can't really fault KD that Stone bit into the Apple...... Blame the Allmighty for creating Snakes.
