Clutch with some horrid takes recently.

Adams has been beyond bad lately.

This sure wasn't the time to make this garbage comment.

 

Bari is a notable -20 in 36 minutes. He becomes completely useless when he can't shoot well, especially if tries to force the game by making drives to the rim, or off balance turn-around fade aways that are way over his skill level.

But even that, I would mainly attribute to Ime. It is his job to let players know their roles.

 

He went at Everyone not just Reed, but he did go at Reed as well.....no one stayed in front of him...and on the winning 3....it was TARI that left him wide open, when we should not be giving up any 3s.

I don't know man, I've seen Reed pick up his dribble several times. He is shaky. I love Reed but just not very good at late game situations at handling. Amen is a bit shaky as well. The reality is that we need an actual PG with brains. Fred, for all his faults, was definitely that guy. With him out, I'm willing to give old ass CP3 a chance to just give us stability in these sorts of situations. I'm all for developing Reed and Amen, but man, it's costing us games that we should not be losing.

Yes, Clutch is wrong on that, Adams is a turnstile at the rim, he literally is a waste of space other than rebounding he should be a bit player.

But didn't KD pass up the ball to someone who then tossed a grenade to Alpi to toss a last second prayer.

I'm assuming that's what you're referring to? God I hope it isn't and you can prove me wrong for your sake.

 

I doubt that, even the Thunder have problems closing out B2Bs....as we have seen with Antman although that was one of the best actions with clutch 3 and a block.

 

This offense is useless without a PG, and Ime will risk the whole season by praying that Fred comes back at some point. We could trade Fred, a pick, and a bunch of junk for Harden, and we'd likely be the team to beat, but Ime will never allow it.

 

Fair but why not use Davidson??? He has been great as a PG.....

My exact thought when we were fouled on a 3.

 

Well, we all know what clutch means when he praises the bench center.

 

Ime can't make the players make open shots.

But he CAN make adjustments on offense, and he has not done that well since he's been with us. He's still a newer head coach, so I do think he CAN improve, but as he is now he is not going to get this team to the promised land.

Maybe an offensive coordinator is what we need. Maybe a shift in philosophies, or even just more experience. Who knows? But while our players do get rightfully blamed sometimes for their mistakes, we should be fair and also hold the coaching staff accountable for when they **** up, especially when it's consistently the same types of **** ups.

Yes, we need an experienced lead guard to minimize mistakes. But we don't have one, and we KNEW we don't have one, so its up to our coaches to prevent our team falling into the LITERAL DEFINITION OF INSANITY for like the third time in four games.

Growth is not linear, but because we traded for KD we skipped the growth phase and have "championship aspirations" because our timeline has changed. I think the fans' patience is going to start wearing thin soon, if it hasn't already.

 

They shouldn’t be losing games like this. They have dropped 4 games now to bottom feeders. This should make you mad.

 

Coaching matters.

Bit by bit, game after game, the Ime is GOAT crowd gets smaller and smaller.

 

Why did we get such an unbalanced schedule to start the season?



7 of the next 10 are away as well. Which means we would have played 13 at home and 23 away after 36 games.
