aaaayup. Losing to the Pels and the Kings ain't no way to say you've arrived for contention. lol.

 

It’s almost like we need a floor general, despite what Durant thinks.

 

Lost so many close games means we are horrible coached.

 

This is largely on Ime. Kd playing iso, and not passing out of double teams quickly, KD and Jabari bringing the ball for turnovers, subbing in Tari for the last play.

Your guard is Reed Sheppard. You need to accept that and live with it.

 

Yeah, "so I can dribble the air out of the ball until there air 3 seconds left on the shot clock".

 

Rockets finally played some games !!!

Durant gets 48 minutes too.

Hopefully this sh1tty stretch is behind us. Could've easily went 3-1 or 4-0, but 1-3 instead. That hurts. Looking up at the Spurs and half the playoff West... smh

 

i no longer want the ball in durant's hands for end game.

use him as decoy. he's a dinosaur and can't get it done.

 

Brains are an issue, too. Freaking Spurs are younger and smarter. Smh.

 

Sac won this game at the FT line, but we had every opportunity to win it and squandered it over and over and over again.

Man this team is full of brain dead morons.

 

At least the last shot was your usual KD shot but really this team has to figure out why they continue to lose leads over and over and over and over again.

Once they get up they just cannot maintain the lead, they just start getting lazy, they start turning it over, they start giving up easy buckets, they just cannot see a win through against a bad team. They just expect the bad team to roll over and go away and then get shocked when the bad team goes on a run.

I really don't think this game was down to coaching. It's the mentality of the team, they give up leads, they underestimate teams, but if they played OKC their next game they'd look sharp and give effort the entire game. If they played the Wizards? Watch out. They'll go up 30 then spend the 2nd half of the game giving up the lead.

But nah, this isn't on coaching, tons of missed FTs and open shots and Tari closed it out needlessly leaving a shooter open for three.

 

What about Reed Sheppard getting cooked by Dennis Schroeder

 

To see Alpi taking critical shots when you have a HOF like KD who has done it his entire career is crap.

That boy hasn't grown up yet to take those type of shots. It's common sense to setup the winning play for KD. That's it, end of sentence, FINAL.

 

there will be no level up forthcoming he is what he is, stupid & stubborn. played only 8 exhausted guys on b2b with holiday in particular seeing no time while sheppard was struggling on both ends. udoka is hopeless

 

let the kings have a big lead at the start and then dumb shot after dumb shot in the clutch

 

Eason should be swapped for a ball handling guard.

Why didn't Ime play Reed more when he was hot?

Why didn't Ime give it to Sengun in the post in the second half more when he was cooking?

Why didn't Ime play Tari down the stretch instead of Black Hole Jr?

We're pretty much at the end of the road for excuses made for Ime with the amount of losses to horrid teams due to his severe deficiencies.

Yeah he's better than Silas. So am I. So are you. So is the homeless guy on the street.

He literally had one season.... helped by a superstar Tatum and made it to the ECF (funny, they went even better when he wasn't there) and people fall off their chairs acting as if he's a coaching savant.

 

yeap.. i'm officially on the Ime needs to be replaced crowd now. Ime is the clear bottleneck to this team actually reaching its full potential. Either he sucks it up and lets the Rockets go get CP3 to have someone to guide this team in late-game situations - even CP on the sidelines drawing up something in the huddle is better than this s***show that Ime draws up... or we just waste this season and then replace Ime with a new head coach in the offseason.

 

Bringing Tari in cold for the Kings final shot was a dumb move by Ime.
