OKC/T-Wolves perfectly illustrates why I'm basically an NBA-only fan when it comes to basketball. Props to Ant and the T-Wolves for scrapping and persisting enough to junk OKC's offense and give themselves a chance to win at the end. Ant hit the big 3 that flipped the table. Ant can't afford to play lockdown defense for an entire game but when it's on the line, he's their stopper.
Big 3 is an understatement - closely guarded, off the dribble, step-back, fadeaway. Swish. Big time superstar shot, then the clamps on Shai.
They probably will lose more games now .... re-integrating JDub with a bum wrist is a sucker short term.
Why do we have so many fanatic Thunder fans on this board? Post more about them than the Rockets. All over their nuts every time they play. Same posters over and over.
Would not call it fanatic, they just had a historic start, and they gave the Rockets 3 studs (Harden, KD, Russ) and if not counting Sengün, indirectly Adams .... Also the NBA Dish is pretty free, you can post what you want. Including WNBA content and some rookie content. I'd actually welcome you to post your stuff as well, it has been a desolate place for a while now.
There is only one "fanatic Thunder fan" that I know of that posts so often I finally had to put him on ignore. Who else besides the one?
Let's hope their fans are a bigger problem than their team. OKC is blowing away their record-setting season from last year. So many obstacles for the Rockets this season and near-future.
Did y’all see the incompetent / corruption in the Kings Blazers ending by Marc Davis and non-calls on Curry who was clearly intentionally fouled twice by the Suns? Has to be the roughest week than I can ever imagine. So many missed calls, coaches ejected, fined and refs being called out and embarrassed.
I mean I do not have a problem with that, but the GM of theirs could have gotten better defenders out of trading KAT.
OKC is going to get the #1 pick next year. That PG13 trade has to be one of the dumbest trades of the century.
