Well, what does looking up all my posts say about who is living in your head space? Lol. If you disagree, discuss.

Alpe+Fred and whatever picks to sweeten the pot for Giannis.

    Reed - Amen - KD - Jabari - Giannis
    Holiday - Okogie - DFS - Tari - Adams

I think he'll be traded. Until then, Alperen will continue to achieve these statistics because he received excessive backlash from the fans, and I think Houston should trade him before his value decreases. He's been criticized so much that he won't take responsibility in any game anymore.

100% of your post are about Alpi. There’s nothing to discuss as you’ve made up your mind. I’m just here to laugh at how pathetic you are

Is Sengun hurt? Very lazy on defense except for that block.

I know you don't know this, but we've literally experienced this exact type of post for decades with Yao, Lin etc

Blaming the fan base for a players short comings and rooting for a trade to make things better is not going to work.

You will find that every fanbase will react similarly to a players short comings, and that you will feel emotionally distressed regardless of where your favorite player plays. Wherever Sengun goes, he'll still be Sengun.

A recommendation would be to spend less time on sport social media. Peoples post here or on twitter don't upset Alperen, he's got a full life, it's just you.

    @ThatBoyNick is right.

Alpi onlyfans get a lil hurt when some criticism (they might say “hate”) comes his way (and he’s getting some from the late missed shots recently/taking them over KD and Denver game)

Really? That’s what y’all want? His own 25-35 win team in…Milwaukee? Washington? Charlotte? Brooklyn? lol

“At least he’ll be appreciated!” … and when those teams’ fans say something negative or “turn” on him, oops! Another trade request!

I’m pretty sure everyone on the forum knows how hard I’ve been glazing Alpi since he was drafted. This is the first season where I’ve been critical of his attitude towards the refs, decision making, etc.

And the reason for that is that I have incredibly high expectations of him!

No player is immune to criticism, even your favorites. And honestly, I’m pretty sure Alpi welcomes the criticism too—he’s a tough kid

I think it went a bit overboard with the criticism. In my opinion, he won't be the old Alperen anymore; he won't take on as much responsibility, he'll shoot less, he'll only pass and help his teammates. Why would you pay 35 million for a player like that?

The Sengun criticism in clutch moments has been strange to me. He has hit daggers and game-closing baskets in several games:

    vs Dallas on Gafford
    vs Orlando on Isaac
    vs Milwaukee on Giannis
    vs Cleveland on Mobley
vs Denver on Jones (what should’ve been the game winner in regulation)

The first chance he misses a couple baskets in the clutch, people are quick to jump on him.

And then people wonder why Alpi-only fans are the way they are.

You really think that a professional basketball player gives an F about what random people say on internet?

To a point where he will change the way he plays.

    No need to overreact.

NBA teams don’t belong to the fans; they belong to whoever paid the money to buy them. If the owners want, they can ship out even their best players. Dallas did exactly that with Luka, for example. They didn’t give a second thought to fan protests. People need to remember that the NBA is, first and foremost, a business model. And the people who will decide whether Şengün gets traded are not Twitter (X) or the clutchfans crowd. Sarcastic and emotional posts don’t solve anything, nor do they change anything.

The 17 games we’ve won so far without FVV are basically the result of individual efforts and a very narrow offensive set. Once opponents figure that set out, they shrink the floor on us. You may feel it’s unfair that the full cost of this brainless style of play gets dumped on Şengün. But most of the players on this roster are role players. Şengün, on the other hand, has been presented to the media as a franchise player. With a role player, you ask whether he’s playing his role properly. With a franchise player, you ask whether he’s making the plays that win you games. So criticism of Şengün is normal. And a 23-year-old player getting criticized is extremely normal.

As for whether Şengün should be traded: he’s making 35 million dollars. In return, he’s giving the team 23 PPG, 9.3 RPG, and 7.0 APG. If the Rockets can find someone who gives them more for the same money, of course they’ll consider trading Şengün. But real decisions aren’t made based on the regular season; they’re made based on the playoffs. That’s where it really matters. That’s where you see who steps up, who melts like butter, and who can actually stand their ground. For now, let’s grab our popcorn and beer and wait for the team chemistry to take shape.

Alpi is going to be All-NBA this season at just 23 with room to get better still. I'm laughing my ass off at the typical trolls hating on Sengun right now because it won't take long before they look stupid yet again. They are like roaches waiting for the lights to go dark, waiting for Alpi to have a less than stellar performance before they scatter off again when he shows greatness again.

    Rent free lol!

He is also one of the rarest breeds that does not officially claim a kid of his own (illegitimate).....at age 37 amongst players.

    Harden did so very late.
