You are right. Let me rephrase that.

F those people, they are not Houston Rockets fans.

I don’t think I’d send goon for him.

I like Giannis but it’s a difficult fit. He doesn’t fit great with Sengun, and would be a horrific mesh with Amen (and Adams).

Here’s what I’d fear happening in that scenario, we still fall short of a ring because OKC is ridiculous, after 2 years KD becomes washed, 2 years after that Giannis becomes washed and still has a huge contract for 3+ years. Rockets are left handicapped and have to do a full rebuild.

I might do an Amen based deal for Giannis, I think Sengun has higher upside and is more likely to be able to carry our franchise in the long run compared to Amen, and fits better with Giannis in the immediate.

That being said the smartest move might be to avoid Giannis, given he’d have a high cost to attain, doesn’t fit with multiple guys in our core, and is likely to wash out early into his next mega deal.

Giannis would command 1 or 2 spots for his brothers lol......good luck with that, although the concept of Thanassis posterizing smaller players might be fun.

I am not even sure good organizations would entertain that because they value every roster spot......

ummm... we didnt beat Denver earlier this season... we were 0-2 against them this year prior to this win...
I didnt say Alpi plays like a$$ against him - i said he was in his head... usually he forces stuff, this game he took very few shots... sometimes it works out and sometimes it dont....

In the camp of wanting to see Reed start. But really agree with those posters who say if he starts, he is forced to defer. So for now, he is best at his 6th man role.

Eventually see him as a starter. 15pts, 4rebs, 7assist. "But he was the #3 overall pick!" Give it a rest, it's done move on.

He effects the game on so many levels. Elite shooting and more importantly he is a defensive presence. He can be bullied by bully opponents, but just as easily strip them of the ball. It's not necessarily the # of rebounds, blocks, and steals, but the timing/game situation that changes the flow.

Ime's inconsistent and short leash is annoying, but getting better.

    Exactly!
I like Reed Sheppard... but i constantly find myself "arguing against him" bc somebody is acting like the kid is the messiah and folks are debating if we should "build around him..." lol!
Let the kid develop - he's shown some flashes...
I think he's better off with the second unit, so he gets more shots...
KD is 1A and Sengun is 1B.... when they r on the floor they need to be fully utilized...
Conversely, Reed is 6th man... in with with better defenders rather than scorers.... and let him be the offensive focus...
If he's on fire on any given night... great, then give him minutes with the starters down the stretch...
I'd be giving him a min of 20 developmental minutes - and go up to 30+ if he's feeling it...

Yep, Zachariah Zorba called travelling on Alleluia Thompson and coach Udorka freaked out and assaulted him.

He is now being held in the Kobe cell and Tilman is on his yacht and his CB radio is off so nobody can post the bail

I haven’t been too critical on Ime, but i will say he needs to be better with the double teams.

When KD or Sengun is double teamed in the middle or at the top, it seems Amen or Adams are ALWAYS in the spot where the pass goes. And they obviously couldn’t hit water if they fell out a boat. Reed or another shooter needs to be in those spots. It’s not rocket science. Hayooo

Thats by design of the double team they help off of guys who cant shoot. the only solution is to take non shooters out. cut to the basket or trade the guys lol

And rockets are without FVV, Tari, and DFS…. Stop with this bs lol. We are allowed to enjoy quality wins without always looking for something negative.
