We beat the Raiders and if Denver beats the Jags… we officially will control our own destiny with the division.

    Massive game in Denver.

Texans must run the table. Can they do it? Yes they can. They must not lose focus. The defense took some time off against the Cards. They need to regain the intensity that makes them great. The offense seems to be coming together. The offensive line appears to have jelled somewhat. CJ has found a grove, and the running game has found a new star. Will I live to see the first Texans SB? Maybe. No time like the present. With KC, Ravens, and Bengals out of the picture the door is more open than usual.

    The Raiders are absolutely horrible.

Very difficult to see a scenario where the Texans lose.

    Should be a comfortable win.

YES!!!! Off topic, but with the rise of Lassiter and Pitre and the cornerstone in WAJ, how the hell are we gonna pay everyone when it's their turn, not to mention CJ and Will should get paid at the same time? I guess a team like the Eagles have a roadmap to do it

They better call Philly and Detroit and see how they’re able to do it.

Pitre got his $$$ already. Not sure how long it will keep him happy.

We can generate almost $80M in cap space this off-season if some players are amenable.

So, let's kick a 1st quarter FG and be done with it.

We will win Sunday, jags will lose.

then we’ll slip up against the chargers and lose the division. It’s what I know after watching the Texans for years

Phillip Rivers led Colts team will beat the Jaguars too... then lose to us the final week of the season.

After the '27 season CJ, Anderson and Nico are all FA and Stingley will have a 21 mil cap
Hit in '28. If they're going to win a SB better do it sometime over the next three seasons. Between
CJ + Anderson alone you could be looking at 100 mil.

Perhaps they aren't the same sad-sack Texans they have been in the past. BUT, I know what you mean. If they lose to the Raiders, your assessment will be proven correct. They will have to really work at it, but if anyone can do it, they can.

Agree. This is one game we don't need our best guys getting hurt. I hope they bring in the backups 4th quarter if we have a big lead, or sooner if we are steamrolling them.

You must not have been watching the Texans for very long.

The Texans' way would be losing to the Raiders and then beating the Chargers when it doesn't matter.
