Toyota Center will be so fcking quiet that sometimes I almost feel like I’m being rude making noise…like I’m talking in a movie theater

arena will be some damn quiet I might as well bring my pillow and get a quick nap in during the 3rd quarter

Thank God in the 4th quarter it got decent because damn. Is this the 3rd seed in the West, or the team with the 3rd best odds on Tankathon?

 

He is a monster in transition. That's when he looks most like a point guard, his passing is better, his driving is better, everything flows better for him when things are uptempo. When DFS and Tari get back I feel like we might want to stagger Amen's minutes and try to have him out there with the second unit as much as possible. Only issue with that is the fit is also kind of awkward with Steven Adams.

 

I prefer boring wins.

DFS won’t be playing this month. He hasn’t played for +6 months so need time to ramp up since we gonna need him to see how good we can be since we look very vulnerable without Tari and him not in the mix

 

man, it’s one of the things I hate about the NBA

so many close games where all the momentum just stops in the final minute and it’s TO after TO, replay after replay, challenge after challenge

It’s like, can we just get to playing actual basketball already?

 

i cant believe Amen almost had a 20pt triple double. dude was playing terribly at first.

My thing is most of this team is like under 23 years old, I forget this often, and that they shouldn't even be as good as they are right now.

The only reason we are so hard on them is because OKC is tearing through the league and we seem 'behind' them when really the rebuild was a success, we just need to figure out of we can actually beat OKC in a 7 game series and we need one of our other young guys...Amen or Reed hopefully, to make the jump to being a bonafide All-NBA player.

 

Sengun sounds WAY TOO COCKY when he’s talking in English in post game interviews since he doesn’t know it 100% yet hhaaahahaa it’s so cute. Can’t believe how much he’s learned so far tho. He will be fluent probably in 2-3 more years, what do yall think?

 

We won but thats where the positives end. They are a bad bad team.

 

The real reason is not just OKC, it is the Spurs and Pistons in the fast lane with their fast ball....they are growing up right before our eyes.

Not hard to see that the Spurs are projected to be the Rival of the Thunder in 1 or 2 seasons, timing exactly when Durant should be winning chips. Durant actually chose the Spurs, Spurs just did not want to part with their future.

Harper and Castle are the Wrecking Ball Combo and they got a great organization behind them.
