DB blowing up last night was beautiful. Luka was insanely good, the Lakers were trying hard and I expected them to make a huge run and win. But the Suns answered every time and stayed in complete control. Booker didn't even play the last 3 quarters. I like their new coach. He's in control, players listen to him and they play with purpose.
I was against Dillon coming to Houston but became a fan when he was here. Would welcome him back anytime.
I really liked Dillon but I thought the blow would be cushioned by Tari and DFS. When we get both of those guys back I think our offense will take another leap. Dillon is truly an underrated player; our best shooter last yr on volume. The Suns got a good one.
I was all for a reunion, but Villain about to break the bank again at this rate. Price of brick just went up
Nba cup isn’t the playoffs but a pretty solid brooks game in a big spot, 4-16 and a crisp -47 for the game in 26 minutes.
He just played the most minutes in the starting lineup. Grayson was -41. Oneal and Williams in the -30's. Thunder demolished them (no Booker). Brooks was the teams leading scorer with 16 points on 16 shots and probably again had the hardest defensive assignment. Can't ask for more from your role player in this circumstance against the best team and defense in the NBA.
Thunder destroyed the Suns and the Suns aren't exactly the worst team in the league. There's just no stopping this Thunder team that has 3 lotto picks coming up next year. Why are we always competing when these super duper teams are around destroying parity, it makes me sick.
I honestly hope we can find a way to bring him back one day. I’m not sure I want him as a starter, but maybe later in his career when he’s willing to come off the bench. Hard nosed attitude. Love him.
"So Mr. Stone, you me to come back as a starter?" "Um... no. We want you to occasionally come off the bench and start shlt."
