The conspiracy theory/speculation I've seen a bunch lately online is that the bruses are from regular IV infusions of a new-ish Alzheimers drug calles Leqembi. The abnormally frequent MRI's would make sense as regular MRI's are indicated when on the drug as it can cause brain inflamation. And the orange man has familial history of Alzheimers-like stuff. Some of the side effects line up with Trump's recent behavior, like extreme fatigue. Certainly not much more than speculation, but a bunch of weird facts that seem odd suddently make sense if so, and God knows they certainly wouldn't cop to it if it were true, so speculation is all we are going to get. Would make a lot of sense. I’m not buying the congestive heart failure theory because all of the cases I’ve known it gets really hard for people to speak and we all know Trump can ramble on for hours still. Also you tend to lose a ton of weight fast because you like literally cannot eat salt so usually CHF patients are skeletons. Dude is still fat as fck. He definitely has some sort of cognitive issue though. Seems like he takes medicine and has been for awhile which is why sometimes he’s drastically more alert and sharp and other times he’s on Pluto, slurs his word like crazy, etc. He was like this on the campaign trail too and people still voted for this clown so I don’t think it’s anything that’s going to kill him tomorrow. I see gradual decline but we just don’t see fall off a cliff decline so whatever treatment he’s on must be helping him buy time. …. That being said at his age with his poor health it wouldn’t surprise me at all if he developed congestive heart failure quickly or had a stroke like tomorrow. He’s certainly high risk regardless unless he loses weight, eats well, and starts exercising for the first time in his life.

Huge difference though. Even at age 90 she walked better than Trump, even wearing heels. She ate healthy, and rode horses in her 90's. I can't even see Trump balancing on a hobby horse. She also read and wrote daily, spending 3 hours daily in her office each morning reading, annotating, and reviewing government documents. The differences in the way they lived their daily lives are like oil and water. Both aged 91 here, she and David Attenborough are strikingly different in mental and physical shape than the nonsense and lies babbling narcissist Trump... Here she is walking around in heels at 90... The contrast in their daily living and healthy habits is striking....
true story, the former CEO of the company i work for got his start selling speakers out of a van in the Netherlands. He's founded several companies, one of which was eventually acquired by Apple. he's probably the most serious audiophile I know.
