Imagining this Texans defense in the postseason with...
    No Lamar Jackson
    No Joe Burrow
    No Patrick Mahomes

Texans gotta go get it this year...

With the way they play defense it doesn't matter what Qb they face.

Only thing that matters is what offense they can get.

I was concerned about Caley's lack of adjustment against the Chiefs who kept sending 6. No quick game, screens. It was CJ, go be your best version of Josh Allen.

You just have to laugh when the morons who watched one QB miss wide open receivers all night long and the other QB hit his receivers in the hands all night long and the take is that the guy that couldn't hit wide open receivers was better.

I get it, the defense of the sacred cow has nothing at all to do with anything that happens on the field so i should just ignore it, but it's incredibly pathetic.

We need Stroud to actually play well if we're going anywhere, we can't always just hope that teams gift us the ball with amazing field position with dropped passes.

There's also a zero percent chance that Davis Mills goes into Arrowhead against the Chiefs making their last stand and comes out with a win last night.

Agenda pushing so hard that he is distorting reality.

Mahomes through 3 picks last night.

All 3 were him being late and or bad passes.

We can talk about drops all night, but Stroud outplayed him with a 54% pressure rate just like he did in the divisional last year.

We need CJ to spread the ball around more and be more accurate. The expectations should be higher for CJ than Davis. Now we have a couple of home games coming up and I'm hoping CJ and the o line develop an identity that instills a consistent attack of something that opposing defenses will fear or at least have to account for.

Don't you think its weird @Bobbythegreat that its typically you arguing with the whole message board after wins? Is that not strange to you that all your energy is always on the negative/devils advocate perspective. Miserable person.

I think that dropped INT by Kelce was his "I'm too old for this ****" moment.

You could see it in his eyes. He's checked out.

I often argue with player first fans who lie about the performance of their sacred cows.

If the goal is the Texans actually winning something, they need their QB to play better. I get that some are more interested in blind worship, but that's not my thing.

Would you blame your boy for interceptions that were counted as dropped passes?

What passes were dropped by the Chiefs? Ball was behind Kelce as he is running full speed down the field. It was a bad pass. Deserved the pick.

54% pressure rate last night. No QB is going to look great against that Mahomes had a 42% pressure rate in the Superbowl and we saw what happened. The QB has to play better, but the OC has to help. CJ made 3 throws that were huge last night. Plays that Mills cannot make.

The Kelce interception was literally counted as a dropped pass... it bounced off off his hands.

Again, it's hilarious that someone simping for a QB that can't hit wide open receivers all night long would blame another QB for hitting his receivers in the hands.

The QB can influence pressure rate by getting the ball out quickly and accurately. When defenses know that you hold on to the ball too long and don't throw accurately, they on their ears back and bring extra pressure.

You start making those passes and the pressure eases up.

Last night the Chiefs could throw all out blitzes without the fear of the QB getting the ball out accurately.

Now to his credit, Stroud did make a few really good plays, including a phenomenal TD pass, but defenses simply don't respect his passing and thats a major problem.

Ah yes, it must be a conspiracy then. They just counted it as a drop to spite you.

    More brilliant analysis.

I thought pretty much the same thing. Contract is up so he probably knows or is leaning toward retirement, and that moment just solidified that for him. He also realized that, barring a miracle, he's going out on that note - fumbling away the chance to preserve the dynasty.
