Reed's going to be a good player eventually. Just needs time to develop. Only year 2.

 

I sure hope so man. I really think he could become a star.

 

rockets dont win b2bs because adams doesn't play in one of those games. ime has no plan for when adams sits.

 

he had a bad game, got benched immediately after and has been getting yanked anytime he messes up

don't kid yourself, this is on the team doing everything possible to sabotage his development.

He should just demand a trade and go somewhere else at this point. I do hold his timid extra passing against him, at some point it should be obvious

 

Rockets threw away games before when Alpi was out last year.
He is there true #1 player, they feed off him. Amen also played bad tonight.

When you miss production from those 2, it can be bad.

 

Didn't watched the game but saw the box score... was Ime Tony Parkered by Reed?

 

Kind of insane after we suffered through watching a garbage coach hinder Alpi's development doing the exact same thing.

This is somehow even more ridiculous as we literally watched Reed absolutely ball out and now he's back to having the shortest of leashes.

If only this franchise had Jalen Green on this leash. He might actually be good today.

 

Kinda agree. The nostrils and the beaty eyes, he's not winning any beauty pageants.

 

I do not necessarily think it is just Udoka, in the modern NBA you need an experienced assistant bench.....much better coordinators

Like Vogel on the Mavs, Atkinson on the Warriors bench a few yrs ago, etc etc.....

Bzdelik did a lot of good work for MDA.......Udoka's flaw is he is not good in 1 on 1 coaching against other coaches.....and Time outs.

Daigneault has been the Master of the last possessions.

This is exactly how I feel about Ime. Too stubborn for his own good aswell.

 

TOs and no defense were the story of this game.

This is the 3rd game in a row that teams are targeting Reed (again) when he’s in the game. He’s got to get stronger.

 

Idk, small sample size. I think if Sengun played we win tonight.

Sengun is the Rockets best and most consistent player. He gets everyone easy looks, plays solid defense, gives good effort whenever he's out there, high IQ, he's just a really great player that even here I feel people underrate.

Games like this help you realize how important Fred was

 

I understand he needs playing time to learn and develop but if he doesnt get punished for his mistake he will never learn. We should know this because stephen silas was once our coach.
He will be fine, teams are understanding that he can't be left open.
