Yeah it’s unfortunate that a lot of people here probably don’t live in Houston so can’t attend the games. It’s so embarrassing having empty seats during a playoff game.

If Derek Stingley was a great corner, wouldn't you expect more interceptions?

If the Rockets traded Alperen Sengun and Amen Thompson to the Lakers right now for Deandre Ayton and a 41 year old LeBron James I would never support the team again. That is beyond inexcusable and worse than when Bud Adams demolished the Oilers right before moving the team.

Pointing out you can simply avoid attacking him and pick on lesser teammates.

    Thought that was obvious.

At any rate, this is boring and way out of proportional response for a passing thought...

Not sure what that has to do with a basketball player but ok. If you look at any elite defensive player in basketball (think wemby, rudy, amen, caruso, etc.) their team will be much better on defense when that player is in the game. The hawks defense is better when daniels is NOT in the game. You don’t think that’s a signal that maybe he’s not very good on defense?

yes, and we have Sengun locked in for another 3 years plus a player option for year 5 on a team friendly contract. If he continues to expand his game, they'll renegotiate it before the player option can hit and pay that man. Is there any team outside Milwaukee that wants to supermax a 32 year old Giannis next year?

From the Bucks perspective, they've already won no matter what happens here. They got a title out of their superstar, and they've been a very relevant team for the past 6 years. Rockets spent the same amount of effort building a team for Harden and had the misfortune of GSW peak years and Chris Paul's hamstring. At least they were able to trade Harden for a bunch of assets when he decided he was done here.

Milwaukee is in a situation where they're looking for a sucker GM that has a lot of good draft picks to offer for Giannis, and I don't think there are many of those around right now with Nico fired in Dallas. They need to blow up their team and suck for a few years, but they've given up too many picks and swaps to do that if they can't bring in a haul of potential top 5 lottery picks in return for offloading Giannis.
