KD threw Reed two bones in a blowout and all of a sudden they have chemistry. When KD has it rolling he’ll lil bro Reed with a couple of passes. Outside of that, he’s hunting.
Amen is going to have off nights and nights like this when he may get off to a slow start. He is 22 years old. Reed is going to go through the same thing. Amen is learning a new position in the NBA, but still manages to put up monster numbers every few games, has made himself into an excellent free throw shooter, and will be in the conversation for DPOY every year. He will become a proficient shooter at some point, because of his work ethic. Sit back and enjoy a Rocket team that has two budding superstars in Amen and Sengun, an aging superstar, and 2 other guys with all-star potential. Stone should do everything to keep Amen, Sengun, Jabari, and Reed on the Rockets their entire career. We will be rewarded with a perennial championship contender. It’s ok to criticize players when they have a bad night or about their weaknesses, but this site is riddled with trolls that don’t give a rat’s ass about the Rockets. Don’t feed the trolls!
Social media mentality. "I made an opinion once and I will ride that opinion until my dying breath." When youre not on Reddit or Twitter life significantly improves.
We saw the result Monday after a night off in Utah. Wasn't nearly Tyson/Buster Douglas, but still an upset.
The Suns are a bad team without Jalen and Booker. Dillon Brooks is their lone isolation scorer and against good defenders other dudes cant even score. They only shot 19.3% from 3 and 39% overall lol. Once Brooks cooled off it was def belt to ass, and it didnt help DB antics rubbed KD the wrong way and he started going off. Other positive was Clint Capela finally rounding off into shape. Lots of posters here said he was a waste of money but look at him now, providing good minutes. Clint isnt a superstar but at 7M is good value for a reliable backup. Tate and Brooks continue to be decent 3rd stringers. Reed has cooled off. Not sure what happened why is he hot and cold, I am getting Jalen Green flashbacks. Does he need to shave his stache?
Does he say, they both can get “hit unders.” Always new language in the NBA, gotta stay alert. Since he’s talking about two-man action, and never once said “slipping”, I wonder if “hit under” is just Udoker doesn’t like weak-ass words like “slipping, so replaced it with “the more manly hit under”
