One thing I've found useful is watching Sheppard when he's defending, and then when he goes out, watch Holiday or Okogie or whoever came in for him. Much of the time, Sheppard's defense is weak. And when Okogie comes in, the defense in that spot improves. But when Holiday comes in, I feel like I'm watching Sheppard's failures all over again.
Even out of a made basket, the threat of Amen getting an early pick by Adams is such a strong threat (for a slam, just now), you can see why Ime likes Amen to bring the ball up (even after made baskets) as much as merely just racing to the dunker spot.
This Kevin Durant guy, it is not easy to see but if you look closely, he is pretty good at basketball.
He's never been a great defender, he just makes up for it fairly often by playing hard. Doesn't have the instincts or height of his elder brother.
asst coach will dunn didnt look at vanessa once. middle distance ass stare. he not ready for the big time @TimDuncanDonaut
knee jerkers received a second quarter setback . . . but I suspect they are still lurking behind the woodwork like the cockroaches they resemble
he's always had it. he had it since oregon days. playing in memphis, Ja was the guy. playing in houston, jalen/sengun was the guy. he's the guy now because jalen and devin are out. he gets all the green light.
Reed sits and now we’re up by 10. Yet some fake fans are still complaining about him not getting enough playing time. Go start a Reed fan club.
He found it when JG was not taking his shots. Every team gets better when Jalen is not the main player so far in his career.
