You can remove Kon from Stones list. He doesn't have a 7' wingspan

There's just not a Knicks trade that works that would seem at all appealing for Milwaukee and Giannis is under contract for another full season after this one. If Giannis says "Knicks or nothing" and that ends up being enough to scare teams off this probably drags out until at least the summer. The track record of stars calling their shot on where they get traded with more than a year on their deal is pretty hit or miss and when it happens, the team trading the star still has gotten back a pretty solid return.

I think the market factor is gonna be huge with regard to the return the bucks can get. Let’s say hypothetically that the Spurs have taken Both Harper and Castle off the table, as has been reported. There’s not much left to entice Milwaukee. Even if Castle was on the table, he’s not the prospect Sengun is. Nor is Fox. SA is probably of the posture that if they can’t get Giannis without giving up any of their core pieces, they’d rather just stay the corse with their own prospects. They just may not be willing to give up what it takes.

So my point is that would certainly help lessen the market for what Milwaukee can get in return. Sengun would probably be as close to the best prospect they could get. I’m betting Sengun, Bari and a Suns pick would be realistic. The question to me is, would it be worth it to trade 23 yr old Sengun for a couple yrs of peak Giannis. I think it’s honestly debatable.

For me, because I’m not a believer in Giannis longevity, given how much of his game is predicated on his athleticism, I would have strong concerns about giving up Sengun+. I think Giannis is already starting to fall off defensively. Anyway, I’m pretty sure Amen is off the table and I don’t think Amen and Giannis are the best fit. It will be interesting to see what the return for Giannis actually ends up being. I’d be shocked if they get a better prospect at Sengun’s age.

In no world would you give up Eason, DFS AND a frp for Dyson Daniels. Spacing is already an issue.

It would probably be something like Anunoby + three FRPs + salary filler. I agree it's not a super appealing deal from Milwaukee's perspective, but there's potential to get something out of OG sooner or later (perhaps right away if they can find a three team deal that makes sense, although with his salary it may be better to wait).

There's already a rumor out there saying they'll basically let Giannis choose his destination, FYI.

So we’re giving up Eason, DFS, Tate AND a 1st for Dyson Daniels? That’s what you propose? Lol

Yeah I’d only do that for Jalen Johnson

it would suck for Milwaukee if they had to take New York’s crap compensation for the best player the franchise has had since Alcindor.

Eason = hurt again about to get paid
DFS = hurt and older player with years left on deal
    Late first

    All nba defense pg

Yes, spacing an issue. They can stagger lineups.

    Daniels on Williams
    Amen on SGA
    Jabari on Chet

Sengun and Durant feast on offense.

    Good luck OKC.

I know all the "Team happy where they are!" talk you hear now is just posturing BS but it's silly to think that Castle /Harper is untouchable for Giannis or that the Spurs can't survive in his absence.or that adding Giannis requires them to keep both.

If Castle or Harper + depth pieces and picks is the deal for Giannis, the Spurs become terrifying, even for OKC.

Giannis -Wemby combo is outrageous, Fox is the 3rd ball handler, and you can't even roast Fox on defense bc of all the rim protection

I wouldn’t do it. I like the group we have now. If we make any changes I’d rather it be minor.
