Whatcha got and why do you like it? Recommendations?

We have a surprising variety of critters in our SF neighborhood, now with a coyote regularly visiting various houses too.

Don't need anything fancy but reliability, simplicity, and image quality what I'm going for.

Are you placing them deep in the woods?

My wife just uses simple ring and netgear outdoor motion activated wireless security cameras to track the birds, cats, raccoons, opposums, etc that run around our yard. She has like 15 of them. i live in a little security state.

Most of the stuff that "game cameras" do very well is slight overkill when you are placing them around your yard or nearby within range of a wireless network. They are optimized to be set and forgotten about fot very long periods of time.

They've gotten so much better in recent years. Look around on Cabella's website, can't go wrong with anything they sell, just depends on your desired functions and budget
