Of course it’s a pitbull type

the majority of pitbull owners are just objectively stupid/bad people that have no business owning the breed

police dgaf about dangerous dogs unless they’re at a house to arrest someone and there’s a dog there

pitbulls can be sweet dogs, but a lot of owners that have them don’t even try…zero socialization, training, or exercise

if you can’t adequately provide all 3, you have no business owning one of these dogs IMO

My wife's cousin has 2 pitties and brings them to our house often. We have a 13 pound miniature Daschund. My dog terrorizes those two, to no end and that just take it. They are better dogs Than my ass hole dog will ever be.

a lot of small dogs are terrors or borderline neurotic, but at least they’re tiny so they can be handled and the damage they’re capable of doing is minuscule in comparison

there’s this lady in my neighborhood who has a pitbull that is of course reactive to other dogs, and that dog drags her around the neighborhood on walks…it’s clear she doesn’t have the power to control that dog

one of my dogs was attacked by a loose pitbull a very long time ago and it took everything for me to get that dog off of her…she had to get surgery afterwards

In Detroit a couple years back this family was house sitting and the owners pitbul attacked the toddler. Died. Story still sits with me

not letting my dogs or kids around pit bulls. Don’t blame the dogs as much of the owners that are usually compensating

Years ago I was in Petco with my dog. Some thug punk had a pit that was dragging his handler toward my dog. I flat-out told the punk that I would SHOOT his dog IF it attacked my dog. Miraculously, the punk suddenly found the motivation to take control of his dog. Sadly, many thug-punks don't respect others. However, there is ONE THING they respect and that is VIOLENT RETRIBUTION.

I wouldn’t either…way too much risk if they snap or aren’t socialized properly

    they’re basically loaded weapons

go on any shelter website, and at least 60% of the dogs on there will be pitbulls, staffies, or some sort of pitbull mix…most people aren’t equipped to handle these dogs

so many people trying to make them out to be gentle, sweet, nanny dogs, and a lot of them are, but that dog was bred to bite and not let go and its bite force is insane
