Why are any of the stupid internet memes that appear over and over funny? It's basically "funny" for MAGA like any stupid inside joke. It's like when comedians do a call-back to one of their earlier jokes? It's not really inherently funny but the shared association of everybody understanding the reference and "getting it" generates something along the lines of mirth? I think it also serves as sort of a "secret handshake" to let others know you are part of the club? I'm writing lots of question marks? If we get right down to it I would agree that it absolutely isn't inherently funny. Maybe someone could write a PhD Thesis on the phenomenon.
Dang, I have not even followed it so far to know that he attacked a Venezuelan boat to understand this.
Tim Allen making grunting noises with a laugh track behind him? Begat Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy? Who gave them the idiot who did bigoted ventriloquist puppets? ...and down, down, down they go ...and then eventually you end up on the internet with jokes from basso?
