Yep. It a mess of a format. Everyone is guaranteed 3 games in 3 nights but what determines who plays the final and 3rd place is a bunch of tiebreakers. iowa state won their games but is not even playing for 3rd place. Very dumb format.

Didnt catch the Vols game because I dont have TNT anymore. Did we deserve the L or were the refs on one again. I feel like Sampson wouldn't play Cenac if he wasn't being forced to if I'm keeping it 100. This team is worse than last years.
Cenac is playing because he's the best big man on the roster, and the only one who can hit a non-dunk

We are 7-1 after being 4-3 at this point last year. Probably drop down to about 10th in polls but I could really care less this time of year. Disappointing game for Cenac, Flemings , and Harwell. Don't think Flemings helped his chances for being a lottery pick. Was happy to see Ramon Walker and Mercy Miller with a spark off the bench. More scoring droughts. More Tugler foul trouble. Lots of issues to keep CKS busy until our next game. December 6th against Florida State. It's a long year. We are a much better team than what we showed this year in Vegas for the second year in a row.
This is a trust the process type of thing. We lost 3 super seniors in Jwan, Cryer and Mylik Wilson, and regular senior in Ja'vier Francis. Thats 4 key pieces wit tons of experience gone. Tugler is better than him at winning right now. But Cenac is the better talent though he gives me Christan Wood vibes.
Hence, they're both starting. If Tugger could only get the fouls (he fouled out again with 5+ mins left) and layups under control.
I think all (?) the teams in the Players Era Tournament played 3 days in a row. Tennessee went and lost after beating UH. Iowa St. destroyed Syracuse in another game. All kinds of fun randomness in this Players Era Tournament ending with Michigan destroying Gonzaga for the championship. FSU, our opponent Saturday, hung 108 on Alcorn State earlier this year. FSU was also blown out at home last night by 35 points by an unranked Georgia team. So Alcorn State must be pretty bad.
