Holy **** Simms, I guess you're getting added to the "media ignore list" too.

I'd looooove to hear his rationale for having Wilson so high and WAJ so low

I want the Colts to lose every game. I bristle at any other thought.

in order for us to win the division we have to win out and the Colts have to lose 4 of their final 7 games, including 2 to us. That's probably happening. Go ahead and root for the Colts.

If the Chiefs win and we beat the Colts next week, then we can start thinking about the division.

The colts would only need to go 4-3 for us to win the division if we win out, since we would have the head to head tiebreaker over them. And if they go 3-4 and we only lose one more, we still win the division if we beat them twice.

Edit: NVM the espn playoff machine hasn't factored in our Thursday win yet

Odds are better than I thought

I'm still rooting for the Colts though

If the Chiefs win though im happy to switch and hope we get the division though lol

If the Colts lose today, and the Jags lose at least one more game, the Texans control their destiny.

As usual, I can see more than a couple of moves ahead.

I came here to ask, who do we want to lose with this Chiefs game since, iirc, we are tied with Chiefs? Or maybe they’re 5-5 now? I guess we’d rather try and win the division than battle for wildcard?

To get to the Division, we can beat Ind 2x and indy can split with JAX. We just need one more game than both in the other games to win the division.

Yeah, it's tricky. If the Chiefs win, the Texans have a chance to win the division....but the Colts look pretty good, so honestly it takes about the same thing no matter what. The Texans need to win nearly every game the rest of the season if they are going to make the playoffs, so it really doesn't matter.

I think I'd enjoy the Chiefs failing to make the playoffs the most, so **** it, let's have the Colts win I guess.

Colts look really good. Again. I hate it. The ghost of Peyton is never far enough.

Maybe both the Colts and Chiefs can lose?

Almost. It depends on whether Jacksonville loses a game. But if ARI manages to beat JAX, this would be the case. We are 3-1 in the division with 2 vs IND. So with 2 wins we go to 5-1 after giving IND 2 losses. JAX is 1-1 with 2 vs IND and 2 vs TEN. TEN is 0-4 with 2 vs IND. So it is possible for them to win the division until the lose 1 more than us because we would tie the division at 5-1 and they have a half game lead at the moment.)
