The Rox are already under the second apron. However unless they can dump FVV 25M contract they cant really use that 12M, and FVV has a no trade clause so he prob aint going anywhere.
They are not over the 2A, they are hard capped at the 1A which they are $1,255,588 below. They cannot exceed the 1A under any circumstances. The injured player exception is irrelevant, they can't use it.
My Mistake, yes, either way, we are capped and cannot use the DPE for anything, it would be, more like for tax purposes. A vet minimum signing would be sometime after January when they become low enough to fit into the current Salary Cap up to that apron, and that would be able to be used with said DPE or just money. Either way, we will not be adding anyone of multi million dollar value.
TF gets to keep money if DPE is not used the same as he gets to keep money if they don't have DPE. The DPE can only cost TF money if used. Not using DPE is the same as never having it.
