i know i only play basketball outside, but i don't understand how professional ball players cant shoot when it's your job to shoot. Its especially surprising for a gym rat like Amen to not know how to shoot.

 

Probably an L without this guy. He hit big shots, 4th Q.

 

Carl Landry developed a jumper.

Amen can do it, he needs to wake up and sleep shooting FTs and jumpers

 

With the way Jalen Johnson's been playing this year, especially after Trae went out, he looks like he could enter that top tier.

 

I’m not just referring to this game, I’ve felt this way since last season. I don’t see superstar potential. I think he’ll be an above average wing. But that’s ok.

He's doing a lot more now. His finishing hasnt been there and he's clearly more tired on defense. He'll figure it out. Just relax.

Reminds me of Sengun struggling at the rim last year all of the sudden.

 

Shawn Marion? dunker, defender, mid shooter, 4-time all star. Amen can do all those things.

That’s stuff role players do. Amen was talked up to be the next star. I legit fell into the hype too. It’s entirely possible Amen won’t even be an all star unless he develops an offensive game. He’s stayed stagnant.

 

It’s surprising. Either he’s not working as hard on his shooting as he is other aspects of his game or there’s something else happening that isn’t public.

 

It will be difficult to take the next step offensively. But it will be a very big step if he can do it.

 

He was on Holiday

 

To be honest its always been obvious. He won't be an all star...but we don't need him to be. You need a guy like Amen on your team he's the glue. Does he defense and keeps the offense together with his hustle.

All championship teams have a dude like him

He doesn't have a jumper so he can't be an offensive predominant player which is why he can't be an all star. But he can be a mini Igoudala type

 

Marion would be a huge success. He HAS to fix that shot. Marion was an actual threat outside the paint.

 

we saw him attempting 3s in preseason and most of us here thought he was taking that leap.

now he's unsure of his shots and definitely more hesitant.

 

But Amen was struggling with his shot even when he was coming off the bench. It’s never been even average.

 

Every time you do those graphics, I think the player of the game is going to be Bam Bam Bigelow.
