It’s crazy what Harden, Curry and KD are doing right now at their advanced NBA age with so many miles on their bodies.

don't rely on athleticism as much. Look at WB in comparison.

His game aged pretty well, I wonder if he can make it to 40 as a 6th man

By years end he will be 9th on the all time scoring list passing Melo ( still surprises me ) and Shaq while spending 3 years coming off the bench.

Also has a shot at top 10 in assists

The clippers are trapped and they know that. They keep harden and kawhi and fade to below mediocrity after they leave or retire, or they trade them for some assets.

Yes OKC gets their pick, but the question is should the clippers try to “save” the league by trying to win. They been and will continue to lose regardless.

Hardens trade value is probably the highest it’ll be, he’s played phenomenal for someone in his position. Great playmaking, great shooting, great scoring. A lot of teams could use that, including the rockets.

The problem becomes especially for this board is holding on the past of what he once was. He wouldn’t be told to carry like he has in BKN, PHI, Clippers. All three of those teams were met with injuries. The rockets are a young team that is relatively healthy.

Not only that but they’ve pretty much established what their identity is. Udoka, Sengun, Thompson with KD aren’t gonna take a backseat role to Harden, Harden wouldn’t even want that.

Another topic that’ll come up is playoffs failures. This team isn’t gonna need a “Harden needs to prove himself” playoff series. He’ll have multiple people that can score and take as much blame as him over previous teams.

not sure if it’ll work salary wise or anything like that but looking at it roster wise he’d fit like a glove.

Harden's mindset is different than KD's, KD is more of a Beta with an Alpha talent and playstyle....

Who in certain games deferred to Russell Westbrook in OKC....with touches

Who joins the Warriors at the age of 27 in his absolute Prime.......probably only Lebron but with DWade's absolute assurance that he would be the Number 1, KD did not get that from the Warriors.

You probably need to hammer down to Harden that he is not the Number 1 Option and should play only 29 minutes and give Reed more development. He is more stubborn than Durant.

The Intuit Dome just opened the summer of 2024 and the Clippers are keen to sell as many seats, luxury suites, jerseys, etc as possible and keep the shine as long as possible. I think there is a good chance Harden is more valuable to them than to any other team and Harden probably wants to continue playing there. He went to high school within a few miles of where the Clippers play.

After what the franchise has been through since he became owner, I doubt Steven Ballmer wants a rebuild. Because the Clippers are in LA, they are very attractive to free agents. My wild guess is they extend Harden, let Kawhi's contract fall off the books and reload.

I don’t think wants to be the number option anymore. Dude is smart enough to fit into any team he joins, he’s shown that in OKC, HOU, BKN, PHI, Clips.

If you can get harden, you get him. This guy is the perfect playmaker that this team is missing

Lol @ glazing a loser leading a team to a 4-11 record. Frauden just doing what he always does best… padding his stats in the regular season.

You've been hating for a decade and a half after he immediately stole your boy Lin's shine...fast forward to year 17 and he's STILL elite. At 36 years old James Harden is still an All-NBA player.

I know that BURNS you inside.

Talking about obsessing, while liking the posts of a guy who has Harden crossed out as his avatar. Do better.

You been riding the Harden Hershey highway for a decade and a half. Fast forward to year 17… still a ringless bum and balder and uglier than ever. I was never a Lin fan. Not all like Asians like each other. Do better racist boy

It's okay, bud. Lin finally had the elite run in the Taiwanese League that you always dreamed he would have in Houston. You can take solace in that at least.
