Running shoe shopping today. I have to say that men's running shoe color selection is BORING AF. Black, white, grey, navy blue. ZZZZZZZ
I like my tall ceilings. Absolutely no nostalgia for the bunker height ceilings they used to build in 80s and 90s homes. Also, why are you using a ladder to close your attic ladder, it closes fine if you use sufficient force. If it doesn’t, pull the string and pull it down again and retry. The only part I’ll agree is some of my fire alarms are located in awkward corners of rooms where it’s difficult to get a ladder positioned properly to remove it. Also, my wife insisted on mounting our security cameras in the front a good 15+ feet high (“no nobody steals them” bc of course), so taking those down requires some effort.
Every time I see those big old swangers, this is the only thing I can think of: I try to give those guys a wide birth when I see them on the road, just in case.
That Mokaram law firm commercial in Rockets games…is she AI? There’s something about it that annoys me. Like it’s so unnatural. The way she speaks. The fact that she’s just taking a random selfie video from courtside seats. I hate it. I hate her. I hate the lawfirm!
She doesn't seem real. And the line is read in such a weird way. The cadence does not sound natural at all. It's like she's just reading a cue card with absolutely no idea that the "Rockets" are a basketball team and that she's supposed to be in the middle of a crowd at a game...
How do yall treat double lines at fast food joints? Do you treat it as one main line that splits, or do drivers have to choose which lane and treat them separately? I do the former, and this jack hole just gave me an ugly look for being in the middle two cars back before it splits. So he passes me and two other cars who have yet to select left or right because they’re both backed up… *******.
When every social media comments section as the same parroted "funny" line 25x: You can't park there I'll take things that didn't happen for $500 alex it's giving ___ thanks Bush/Obama/Biden/Trump/etc etc. It's even worse if they think they're being poignant, and they're in the wrong. RIP originality and wit.
Drawn on eyebrows. Inflated lips. Septum bull rings. No one has to change for me, these are just things that annoy me. K, thanks.
I know I mentioned it here or elsewhere, but espn has moved everything around on their basketball box scores because of reasons and it's gonna take some getting used to. Reminds me a bit of the first couple of years after the Stros moved to the AL...I'd instinctively look at the standings for the NL first.
People who take pride in not taking time off of work. Or worse, managers who publilcy praise people for that.
People have no idea how to merge lanes on the freeway so them being befuddled by a drive thru lane shouldn't surprise anyone.
90% of drivers think they’re better than the average driver, which is of course, impossible. A lot of these people might actually be alright drivers, but they do something dumb and as you drive by and glance over, for reasons I don’t fully understand, they’re on their phone scrolling through social media, taking selfies, or doing some other nonsensical thing bc they can’t possibly be unplugged for their 20 minute commute. The level of anger I feel when I observe this is truly hard to contextualize in the written word.
Yeah, I had a very inopportune sneezing fit at a stop sign this morning, damn near took my foot all the way off the brake...I imagine it scared the hell out of the little car that was about to make a left turn across/in front of me. All I could do was yell "sorry!" and wave a couple of times
Digital coupons in grocery stores... I don't want to mess with my phone in the store. Also at night when they close all but one door so you're forced to swim your way upstream through the self checkout just to get into the store.
